Updated.

We're down to about two months left of school. I cannot believe that I will be graduating high school that soon... kind of a scary thought. I'm full of a new illness called senioritis, its slowly driving me crazy! I'm so done with going to school its not even funny. I do admit that I'm going to miss seeing all of my friends every day and having the social ties that I have diminish. Its crazy to think that i've gone to 12 years of school and its finally going to end. Everyone asks me the same question, "what are you going to do nexy year?" The response that they get to that question is usually, "I have no idea." There are so many different places to go next year that its hard to sit down and pick one. They have all kinds of financal aid and scholorships but its all so confusing to me. School is so expensive... I dont even know where to start! I'm sure I'll end up working this summer and then possibly go to Weber or something in the fall. We'll see.



I'm still working with the braces look. I'm getting really used to them though. I hate when I see someone that i haven't seen for a while and all they talk about is the fact that I have braces and i'm a senior. I feel like that's all they see when they see me but, that's probably just me. They're not too bad. They're just fugly.



I'm still doing the choir thing at school. It's a really nice break in the day to do something that I love. I'm so glad that i'm still involved in the choir program, it's amazing. We're singing a medly from Sweeny Todd that is absolutely amazing. I love love love that show so its fun to sing the songs!

The Christmas dance...

Well the theme for the Christmas Dance this year was, "When The Stars Go Blue." Well this was probably one of my favorite dances yet! The best part is getting all dressed up and having your date come and pick you up. This dance was girls choice so we actually picked up our dates but you get the idea. Cameron looked very studly in his suit and we matched very well. We went to dinner at the Italian restaurant Tucci's and it was phenomenal! After dinner we went to the dance which was at the University of Utah Union Ballroom. It was so gorgeous inside. We danced like crazy fools and then after three hours of that went to Jaimee's house for a fun movie in her theater room.

I'm definitely going to miss the dances so much when i'm out of high school. Its going to be a sad sad day when prom is over.

Another interesting thing to talk about is my new puppy! He's actually a year old and so I dont know where that puts him on the puppy scale but he's a stud and we love him. He's been a little nervous so far but he's definitely warming up. We love him!

Another dance...

I Swear all I ever post about are the dances at my school! Oh well! This saturday is the Christmas dance! Although Cameron and I knew we would be going to the dance together he informed me that he asked me to all the dances and that I had to ask him or else he wasn't going lol. I put it off until 5 days before the dance but it got done! It was so much fun to decorate cameron's room like this! It took me a way long time but it turned out way cute. I was at the store trying to figure out how i could ask him in a creative way and it popped in my head! "I'd have a BLUE christmas without you!" I put my ipod on his player and played the blue christmas song by Elvis and put it on repeat. It was pretty clever on my part! haha. But my camera died during my video but i thought you'd like to hear the music along with some of the room!
He had no idea that I was asking him and so when he walked in the room he said he was shocked! He loved it though! I'm so excited for the dance! I'll be sure to fill you guys in on the details of the dance!

Braces. . . YIKES!

Well... I've had braces for about a month now and I thought it would be a nice little post to share with you all of my enjoyable experiences. Besides having excruciating pain, having to brush after every meal, and looking like the boy from 16 candles its great! Also, just for some extra pain, they added in a nice little appliance to expand and widen the top of my mouth for a wider smile and... to help my crazy cross-bite. At first they were wondering if it would move at all considering the fact that I'm all growed up and such (yeah right..) but its moved a lot. There are spaces in between some of my teeth which make me a little self conscious but its better than getting TMJ and having to fix my cross-bite by breaking my jaw... I won't get top braces until my mouth is all spread out so I'll be sure to share all of those experiences.

It's hard to be in high school and starting all of this Ortho work. Most of the kids at my school have gotten all of this taken care of by now but it's awesome i get to fix my teeth at all. My Parents are very kind to do it now! I appreciate that a lot.

Cameron's Grandpa just passed away on the 20th and so I've been spending a lot of time with him and his family. His grandpa was so cool... oh my gosh. He was probably the funniest man I've ever met in my whole life. Cameron was so close to his grandpa Gary. I love to hear all of the funny stories that he has about him. He will really be missed by all of his family... and also by me! One of the first things Gary ever said to me was when Cameron and I were leaving his house and he said, "Oh you guys are just going to make out!" I was SO embarrassed but... i learned that, that was just his funny sense of humor! I was lucky enough to go spend a couple of days up at his Ranch that he loved more than anything and i'm so glad now!

In case any of you were wondering how homecoming was, it was fantastic! We went to dinner at a japanese grill down town and it was SO yummy. We sat next to a couple of bands that were here for the BASH show and we talked to them for half the time we were there. It was the school yard hero's(up and coming as they say) and the bass player from SUM41. They were so funny and thought it was weird that we weren't drinking. We reminded them that we were going to a HIGH SCHOOL dance and that we were mormon. They were all like, you guys really dont drink? We all just laughed and said no. It was way fun. After dinner we went to the dance and got our groove on. It was pretty enjoyable but the music the DJ was playing really sucked. After we went to our friend Logan's house and watched a movie and hung out. Cam was a gentlemen the whole time and treated me like a princess. I think it was because of my dress! I had a lot of fun though. I would post my pictures but my mom would get mad because we pulled ugly faces in the individuals and the groups.... our bad. we're just cool like that i guess.

Last Saturday sherree gave cam and I the Utah tickets to the Utah vs. San Deigo game. It was so much fun!! I got to show of my beautiful bright yellow rain poncho also so that was nice! Thanks sherree!!

School is going good. Just a couple of more days until the term ends!! I can't beleive im only 3 more terms away from graduating high school...weird!

I'm going to Homecoming!!!

So I'm absolutely shocked that Cameron could trick me like this!!! We always knew that we were going to homecoming but after a weird day full of bad attitudes i wasn't sure if we were going to go. But after I left from getting my massage i came home with a Dora Pinata on my kitchen table. I wasn't sure what it was so i looked at it and saw that it said my name. I told my mom that it was totally from Nathan (the boy that i recently asked to the harvest dance that is after homecoming) and that i didn't have to look for the answer because he already told me. But we emptied the pinata and found 7 letters that didn't make any sense at all. After i attempted to de-code the note i realized that it wasn't someone answering me to the dance, it was someone asking me.... When i walked up stairs my mom had spelled out some weird word with the letters... she put ROMANCE haha... and it snapped and i said "it's Cameron." I had NO idea at all that it would've been Cameron after our interesting day of moodiness.



I'm SO SO SO SO happy that it was cameron and no one else. I wouldn't want to go with anyone else in the world! It's going to be so much fun!!! He totally fooled me and it was fun to try to de-code the letters.

School School School....

Well I'm sure that everyone has figured out that school is back in session. At first I was really afraid to start school again. I hate waking up early, I hate getting ready when there isn't sun outside, I hate sitting in a hot classroom, and I hate doing homework but at the same time i enjoy the social part of school. Its so much fun to make new friends as well as rekindle those friendships lost over the summer. Here are all of my classes for this semester:

6-CE communication
7-Concert Choir
8-English

I have loved all of my classes so far... my world religions teacher is kinda scatter brained and not so organized so it will be interesting how that class turns out. I love my CE communications class... even though its a college class and its kind of hard i love the teacher and i love the things that we've been learning. Yoga is definitely and interesting class mostly because my teacher is such a hippie. She's like 55 and looks like she's 40. She like... lives outdoors and such. I'm thinking she drives a hippie car also (Subaru.) Peer tutor is such an amazing class although not a lot of students like to work with the Handicapt kids its such an awesome experiance. I love the girl that I tutor, she's such a doll! I have a lot of fun learning from them. I really don't think there is any reason for us to ever complain about our lives, they sure don't. Choir is... choir and that's always interesting and English is amazing. My english teacher is one of the best teacher's i've ever had. Usually she teaches AP english but for some reason she hasn't been this year.

Homecoming is coming up and I definitely have found my dream dresses that i'm so going to buy. I'll put the link on so you guys can see them!! I have to see if we can order one in time though! Cross your fingers. Of course i'll put straps on it to keep it modest! No worries!

Yay for High School Musical 2!!

With over 17 million viewers on friday night this movie was a sure HIT! Oh my! I'm going to wear my high school musical shirt on the first day of school!

So as much as I can't stand the thought of going back to school the game on friday was a breath of fresh air! I loved being with all of the students again cheering on our school. Viewmont absolutely dominated of course! But it was lots of fun to be with all my friends again. I'm not like anxious for school to start at all. The thought of waking up at 6:00 am gives me hives lol.

I haven't really done much this summer and that makes me sad but it's been nice to take a big break from the everyday school life. The only thing i've really done this summer is go up to park city and to girls camp. I didn't go on "vacation" like most people did this summer. Maybe next year? I have some girls camp pictures that i'm going to put on but they're in my friends car right now so i have to go get them asap.

I'll post some fun pictures from the game and also my new hair cut/color. Kylee did a fantastic job making my hair beautiful! haha. She's got mad skillzzz.

Playing with make up/my week

So... I know everyone is like... "OH MY GOSH I JUST CAN'T WAIT FOR JORDAN TO BLOG!!" So here I am ... Blogging. For all of you who are like... in love with my fabulous blog! haha Just playing. I honestly haven't really done much that is worth blogging. We had an awesome 24th of July weekend and celebrated with a parade and a BBQ afterwords. The family went up to Grandma and Grandpa's house to eat. The food was amazing as always and the fireworks were way fun/loud.

Just the other weekend I also got to go stay up at the Canyon's Hotel in Park City with all of my girlfriends. We had a HUGE room. It was two floors! It was so much fun! We did some shopping and swimming. We just did everything we could in the time that we were there to count it as a vacation. The only vacation I've gone on this whole summer haha. But it was lots of fun to mess around and be crazy! I'll post some pictures.

Last Night I had an interesting time doing some of my girlfriends make up. We played with the dollar store eyeshadow that my friend had just bought. We decided to do something wild and crazy! It was so funny. We were really thirsty so we went into seven eleven to get some drinks and the lady was like... "What happened to your face? Did you guys just get done with some kind of show?" We were like... uh no. lol

Anyways it was fun and now I'm just sitting here watching Nick toons with Shelby. She's sick with fever and all that fun stuff. So i guess I'm her nurse for today while my mom is out on the town. lol.

Times are changing...

I was looking through all of my pictures on my computer and I came across some pretty funny ones. All of the pictures that I put up are from about a year ago if not longer. I don't think i've changed at all haha. And for some reason I like the older looking me. haha.

Also... The other night my father had a little accident. He was at his buddies shop working on my car, and he took a little spill. He got his footing all messed up and sprained his ankle! By the time my mother and I had gotten home his ankle was the size of a grape fruit i swear.... it was so gross. So we took him up to the ER to get some x-rays on it to make sure it wasn't broken ... all i was worried about was seeing someone in the ER like barfing up a lung. But thankfully there wasn't anyone barfing. He didn't break anything but just screwed up his ankle pretty bad. Lucky for him, they gave him some meds to help with the pain. He has a hard time walking around the house so he's enjoying the services he's recieving from his kids for once. I'll put some pictures on but... they're pretty gross looking so beware.
